Safety Compliance (HSE)
- Project-specific HSE plan, method statements & risk assessments aligned with client standards (e.g., PepsiCo).
- Permit-to-Work system (hot-work, confined space, working-at-height) with daily toolbox talks.
- Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), fire watch, and gas detection where required.
- PPE control, housekeeping, access segregation, and emergency response drills.
QA/QC & Verification
- Approved method statements, ITPs & inspection records (checklists, red-lines, NCR/CAR close-out).
- Hydrostatic & flow tests, loop checks, point-to-point tests, device addressing & labeling.
- Cause-and-Effect verification with progressive sign-off (client / consultant / AHJ).
On-site Coordination
- Interface control with civil/MEP, BMS, HVAC, Security & life-safety subsystems.
- Progressive inspections, punch-list management, and readiness gates before commissioning.
- As-built mark-ups, O&M collation, training & handover documentation.
